LOCATION:
The BALAO is located in PLAYA DEL CARMEN, Quintana Roo. To get there follow Calle 14 Norte until you get to the beach. Once on the beach the BALAO is located in the water to the right. Look for the blue and white boat with the biggest Mexican Flag. Ask for Captain Lasaro Arcos.
